Seventeen "millionaires' rows" in the SW18 post code area
An analysis of recent homes sales in the Wandsworth area shows that seventeen roads have seen average sale prices of over £1,000,000 over the last three years.
Top of the list is Routh Road which along with Henderson Road averaged over £3,000,000.
The table is based on official data including sales over the last three years for roads that have had at least three sales during that period.
