The Development Director of the new scheme has issued the following invitation to local residents.
Dear Resident
I would like to invite you to attend a public exhibition at the Ram Brewery to show our new redevelopment proposals for the site.
You may recall that our previous scheme was approved by Wandsworth and the Mayor of London in early 2009, however, the application was subsequently called in by the Secretary of State and turned down following a Public Inquiry.
Since this decision in June 2010, the team have spent time reviewing all the issues that came out of the Public Inquiry. We have developed new proposals that we believe preserves the best aspects of the original scheme and makes improvements by responding to the issues raised during the Inquiry.
The historic brewery site sits at the heart of Wandsworth Town Centre. Regeneration of this site is now long overdue. Please come to our exhibition and give us your views.

The exhibition will offer an opportunity to view our proposals and speak to members of our team about any concerns you may have.
Throughout the consultation process we will continue to work with local residents to ensure our scheme reflects your views.
If you are unable to attend the exhibition, you will be able to view our proposals via our website from Thursday 30th June: www.therambrewery.com . There will also be an online version of our questionnaire which we encourage you to fill out in order that we can understand your opinion of the new proposals.
