Committed against a 19 year old woman
Harpreet Singh, 25, a member of police staff based within the Central Communications Command, and also a Metropolitan Special Constable based at Wandsworth Borough, will appear on bail at Wimbledon Magistrates court on Monday 28th October, charged with harassment committed against a 19-year-old woman between April and July this year.
Singh was arrested on 17th July and remained on police bail until his charge last Friday (11th October).
