A Caution For The Woman Arrested At Prince George's School


40-year-old was spotted by security staff at Thomas's Battersea

A 40-year-old woman has accepted a caution for causing a nuisance on school property following an incident at Thomas’s Battersea school in September.

The woman was arrested on suspicion of attempted burglary after she gained access to Thomas’s Battersea on Tuesday 12th September. She was spotted by security staff at the school.

The 40-year-old returned on bail to a south London police station yesterday (Monday 9th October) and accepted a police caution for an offence under the Education Act. She was released with no further action in relation to attempted burglary.

Prince George started in reception at Thomas's this September, but is understood not to have been present at the time of the arrest. The arrested woman had no contact with any of the children.

The Metropolitan Police has confirmed that it continues to work with the school on protective security arrangements for the young royal.
