Battersea Park's Lakeside Cafe Reopens This Month

The new Pear Tree Cafe promises to be a gourmet's delight

Regular Park users may have noticed that the lakeside cafe - La Gondola al Parco - has disappeared behind hoarding. A new team have taken over running the cafe and are currently a good way through a major refurbishment.



The works are expected to run until the end of August when it will open with a completely redesigned interior and some interesting new features.

The new team currently run the Cafe at Petersham Nurseries as well as Spring at Somerset House, so you can expect the food will be worth tasting!

When it opens the new eatery is expected to be called the Pear Tree Cafe.
