West Hill To Host Next 'Let's Talk' Meeting

A chance to question senior council managers this week

Residents in West Hill ward will be able to question their locally elected representatives and senior council managers at a special feedback session next week.

These 'Let's Talk' meetings are organised by the council so that residents can deliver their verdicts on local services and highlight areas of concern.

Topics that members of the public regularly raise include street cleaning, recycling, parking, policing, public transport and the NHS.

The meeting will be chaired by the leader of the council Ravi Govindia, who will be joined by West Hill ward councillors Nick Cuff, Malcolm Grimston and Elizabeth Howlett, plus the leader of the opposition Rex Osborn.

Senior officers from all the main town hall services will also be on hand to answer questions from the audience, address locally identified concerns and take on board suggestions for service improvements.

The meeting is being held at St Paul's Community Centre, 23 Inner Park Road SW19 on Wednesday, May 22 from 7.30pm onwards.

People who are unable to attend can submit questions in advance via the council's website at www.wandsworth.gov.uk/letstalk. A summary of the issues raised by residents will be posted on these web pages after the meeting.

People with a disability who require support or assistance to attend should call Gareth Jones on (020) 8871 7520 or email garethjones@wandsworth.gov.uk.
