15 year old boy stabbed three times on Saturday 18th April
The 15 year old was taken to St George’s Hospital in
Tooting where he underwent surgery. He spent three nights in hospital.
Police arrested a 30 year old female, Kelly Coye, in the early hours of the next
morning in relation to the incident. Coye has since been charged with
attempted murder and has been kept in custody pending her trial.
DC Keeley of Wandsworth CID says, “This was a nasty attack that could have
proved fatal to the young victim. We are looking to secure a successful
prosecution of the female that was charged”.
The incident occurred at about 9.30pm on a Saturday evening.
St John’s Drive is a busy street and police believe that there may have been
people in the area who could have witnessed the incident.
