A boy believed to be 15-years-old has died after being stabbed in Wandsworth this Thursday (29 October).

Police say officers on patrol came across a fight on Garratt Lane at around 4.58pm.

They found two youths had been stabbed with one of them in a critical condition which proved to be fatal. The other boy, believed also to be aged around 15, suffered wounds which are not believed to be life-threatening.

Two males including a man who had suffered a head injury have been arrested in connection with the incident on suspicion of GBH and affray. There is no suggestion that this incident is terror related.

The police closed roads in the local area and an extensive crime scene was put in place.

A Section 60 Order has been authorised for the whole of Wandsworth from 5.58pm on 29 October
