Two 23 year old men were arrested on suspicion of murder
Detectives investigating the murder of Nicholas Stewart have today (Sunday 17th August) bailed two men they arrested yesterday.
Two 23-year-old men were arrested in the early hours of Saturday 16th August on suspicion of murder.
One of these men has been bailed a date in August and the other has been bailed to a date in early September.
Meanwhile 24 year old Simeon Scott Wasey was charged with the murder of Mr Stewart and appeared in court yesterday.
Officers were called by the London Ambulance Service to St John's Drive, SW18, at 20:49hrs on Wednesday, 13 August to reports of an incident.
On arrival they discovered Nicholas Stewart, 25, of SW18, suffering serious stab injuries.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. Next of kin have been informed.
Detectives from the Metropolitan Police's Homicide and Major Crime Command are investigating.
