Found when local police stopped a vehicle
Wandsworth Police this morning (January 11th) found two people in possession of cannabis on Wandsworth High Street. 
              
  Officers stopped a vehicle on the High Street and made the discovery.
  
  
  
  Cannabis is an illegal drug which was was classed as a Class B drug before 2004 when it was reclassified as Type C (less harmful). 
  
  It is illegal to possess, deal or giveaway a Class C drug. Maximum penalties for possession are two years imprisonment and a possible unlimited fine. 
  
  Dealing or supplying can result in 14 years in jail and an unlimited fine.
