Sheepscapes At The Wandsworth Museum

Exploring the rural landscape and Wandsworth's past

Sheepscapes is a project developed in partnership with local historical societies and libraries, and explores the interface between the built and natural environment. Sound artist Dan Scott will be delivering free workshops for families in five libraries during the Easter holidays.

In these workshops the Wandsworth Museum will be exploring the rural landscape, and using sheep as a playful way of discovering the sights and sounds of Wandsworth's past.

Sheepscapes will end with a celebratory, special Family Day at Battersea Arts Centre on Saturday 9 April with lots of artist-led workshops and the opportunity for families to meet and pet real sheep "stars" from Vauxhall City Farm between 3 - 5pm.
