In collision with transit van outside hospital
A motorcyclist has died eleven days after being involved in a crash with a van in Putney earlier this month.
Police were called on Wednesday 7 August at 10:15am to reports of a collision between a Ford transit van and a Kawasaki motorbike.
Both vehicles had been travelling towards Wandsworth along West Hill when they collided close to the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability.
The motorbike rider, a 36-year-old man, suffered injuries and was taken to St Georges Hospital in Tooting. He died yesterday (16th August 2013).
Detectives are now appealing for anyone who may have been in the area and seen the incident to call the Road Death Investigation Unit at Hampton Traffic Garage on 020 8941 9011.
