Fulham Prep Takes Girls All the Way To Common Entrance

As the changing face of education means 11+ is no longer the only route available

Fulham Prep and Pre Prep provides boys and girls aged  4+ to 13, with the education, confidence and ability to succeed in life. Situated in the heart of Fulham, it is a family run school which is passionate about maintaining a secure, happy environment where children can fulfill their potential.

Boys and girls are fully prepared for the competitive entry exams to secondary school at either 11+ or 13+.

It is also the ideal place for girls who, at the end of year 6, wish to take the Common Entrance exam either in preparation for moving to a co–educational or single-sex boarding school at 13+.

For those girls who have been in a single-sex Prep school until Year 6, Fulham Prep offers an opportunity to experience a co-educational environment for their final two years before going off to boarding school.

The School is now accepting applications from girls for Year 7 entry in September 2011.
The School has a strong music department with an orchestra, strings group, wind group and an African drumming group as well as two choirs, one selective and one inclusive, both very successful. It offers a wide-range of after-school clubs from Karate to Squash, from Mandarin to Adventure Club (based on the Duke of Edinburgh award principles).

The real testimonial of a Prep school is the secondary schools at which its pupils are accepted. Fulham Prep sends their boys and girls to a wide range of day and boarding schools such as King’s  College School, Wimbledon, Latymer Upper,  Wimbledon High, Putney High, St Paul’s Boys and Girls, Lady Eleanor Holles, Godolphin and Latymer, Eton, Harrow, Marlborough, Wellington, Winchester,  Benenden, Cheltenham Ladies College ,Downe House and several more besides.
