Pensioners in peril

I am monumentally concerned about the sudden profusion of studded paving around the borough's pedestrian crossings. It is only a matter of time before a frail pensioner such as myself stumbles on one of these treacherous installations and plunges to their death. All though the Laying of them HAS TO BE BETTER THAN THIS!!

Leopold, Studded paving is required for the visually impaired on pedestrian crossings, They feel the Studding by the Ball on the end of the Walking Stick that they use.
