Southfields denied deliveries of "Brightside"

Why were we not allowed a copy of this Council newsletter because of a local election ? Will we get one now it is over ?What is the connection ?

This is a magazine that should give us information ie the change in refuse collection. Instead it has become a book of  self praise by the council so many people throw it straight in the recycling sacks

“During election periods there are tight restrictions on what councils can and cannot communicate. That is why we did not distribute Brightside to Southfields.Now the by-election is over, anyone who would like to see the edition will shortly be able to pick it up from Southfields Library.
