Sports Massage

I had a wonderful massage treatment from the girls at PhysioEdge in the Southside shopping centre last week.I have used the Chiswick branch and the Wandsworth branch a number of times, but last week just reminded me how good these guys are!! I like to exercise at the gym a few times per week, and the sports massage just releases those tired and achey muscles!I would recommend them to everyone who will listen. Pity this forum is so underused compared to the Chiswick one, where everyone is involved and there is a large community feel, and PhysioEdge has a larger presence.www.physioedge.co.uk or 0845 643 0812.

Andrew - Thanks for your advice. I tried them myself and can recommend the whole clinic. I'm excited as they now have a Bowen therapist, and Ayurvedic therapist and a reflexologist (the ultimate bliss for me). Andrew, have you tried the reflexology yet? If you liked the sports massage, you'll like that!!
