Top Ten Streets in Wandsworth Borough for PCNs

The Wandsworth Times have done a FoI request to get information on fines issued by the Council and published the ten streets form which they raise the most money. Putney features quite prominently

Councils with low Council Tax rates generally have the highest amount of revenue raised from issuing parking fines. It is essentially a regressive tax which hits economic activity and the less well off hardest.
