Church Row, Wandsworth, planning approval

Quickly looking over the plans it seems that in isolation they are quite sensible - the best way to preserve a building is to ensure its continued use and this could be the case in Church Row. The damage was done at the time of the approval of the original scheme which is very overbearing.
