Melody Rd / Geraldine Rd Development
I just received notification that there is a new block of single person apartments to be built in the Melody Rd/Geraldine Rd block.This new development is being funded by viridianhousing.org.uk who bought rights to the parking area between the two large blocks of Council estate - details can be found here http://www.housinglin.org.uk/Topics/ECHScheme/search/Overview/?cid=9840&msg=0Construction will start at the end of this Summer and run through the Summer of 2017. COnstruction work is planned for six days a week.
